Impact/Purpose:
Glucocorticoid receptor (GR) agonists have been detected in waste and surface waters domestically and around the world using both analytical chemistry and cell-based methods. This study describes the validation of a cell-based detection method using individual GR agonists and illustrates the complexity of modeling specific GR agonists in environmental mixtures.
