Description:
The main objective of the session is to develop capacity on this decision-making tool during a mini-workshop on the Health Impact Assessment (HIA) in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro. The HIA is a combination of procedures, methods and tools that systematically judges the potential, and sometimes unintended, consequences of a policy, plan, or project on the health of the population and the distribution of those effects within the population. This decision support tool is reflective of CRESSIDA goals in terms of building relationships and collaborations, as well as engaging and empowering communities in decision-making.
