Patterns of invasive species community structure in Pacific Northwest estuaries

Citation:

Power, Jim, S. Ferraro, AND F. Cole. Patterns of invasive species community structure in Pacific Northwest estuaries. Presented at Ecological Society of America, Sacramento, CA, August 10 - 15, 2014.

Impact/Purpose:

Pacific Northwest estuaries have been repeatedly colonized by nonindigenous species (NIS), and the environmental and ecological consequences of NIS is unknown. This study examined whether there are recurring patterns of NIS communities that will facilitate monitoring and detection of future introductions.
