As part of the National Level Exercise, Liberty RadEx that occurred in Philadelphia in April 2010, the RDD Waste Estimation Support Tool (WEST) was developed by EPA to generate a first-order estimate of a waste inventory for the hypothetical RDD from the exercise scenario.
