Description:
Presentation will include: Evaluate the performance of an infiltration basin and constructed wetland in a cattle-feeding operation (culture data only); Examine the correlation between culture data and qPCR measurements at two different research sites; Describe the relationship between molecular measurements of fecal indicator bacteria, Campylobacter spp., and Salmonella spp.; and Explore the added value of host-associated genetic markers.
