Impact/Purpose:

Evaluate potential estrogenicity of perfluoroalkyl acids (PFAAs) in juvenile rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) using two in vivo dietary exposures consisting of a screening study of 10 PFAAs and a dose-response study with perflorodecanoic acid and perflorooctane sulfonate.
