Description:

The Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) Program, established by the U.S. EPA, is designed to accelerate the development and commercialization of new or improved technologies through third-party verification and reporting of performance. The Air Pollution Control Technology Verification Center (APCT) is part of the ETV program and is operated as a partnership between RTI International and EPA. Bag houses are air pollution control devices used to control particulate emissions from stationary sources and are among the technologies evaluated by the APCT. This report reviews the performance of Donaldson Company's 6255 filtration media. ETV testing of this technology was conducted during January 2007. All testing was performed in accordance with an approved test-QA plan that implements the requirements of the generic verification protocol at the test laboratory.
