Description:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency established the Environmental Technology Verification Program to accelerate the development and commercialization of improved environmental technology through third party verification and reporting of product performance. Research Triangle Institute will verify the effectiveness of selective catalytic systems designed to reduce emissions from diesel engines intended for highway, nonroad, and stationary use. Using this test/QA plan, Southwest Research Institute, acting for RTI, will perform the testing, evaluate the data, and submit a report documenting the results to RTI.
