CONQUEST is an easy-to-use quality improvement software tool that uses a common structure and language to help users identity, understand, compare, evaluate, and select among 1,200 clinical performance measures that can be used to assess and improve quality of care. CONQUEST's interlocking databases link condition-specific treatment and service recommendations from guidelines to related measures. CONQUEST summarizes information on approximately 1,200 clinical performance measures developed by public and private sector organizations to examine the quality of clinical care. It links clinical conditions to measures through two interlocking databases' a Condition Database and a Measure Databases' allowing users to target specific conditions or measures.
