This test/QA plan specifies procedures for the evaluation of commercially available screening devices to rapidly detect toxic chemicals and chemical agents in samples entering an All Hazards Receipt Facility (AHRF). The procedures, target chemicals, and sample types called for in this test/QA plan are based on those established in the AHRF draft screening protocol.
