Impact/Purpose:
The material compatibility studies were designed to determine how decontaminant vapors impact building materials within an enclosed building interior space. The materials tested were painted structural steel, gypsum wallboard, carpet, ceiling tile, cinder block (concrete or cement), wood, and circuit breakers.
