Description:
The Environmental Technology Verification report discusses the technology and performance of the Clarus C Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Generator, a biological decontamination device manufactured by BIOQUELL, Inc. The unit was tested by evaluating its ability to decontaminate seven types of surfaces?carpet, bare wood, glass, laminate, galvanized metal, painted wallboard, and painted concrete?contaminated with biological agents. The biological agents used as contaminants were spores from Bacillus anthracis Ames strain and the surrogates Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 19659) and Geobacillus stearothermophilus (ATCC 12980).
