Description:
Presentation will discuss the removal of arsenic from drinking water using iron removal processes that include oxidation/filtration and the manganese greensand processes. Presentation includes results of U.S. EPA field studies conducted in Michigan and Ohio on existing iron removal plants. The presentation will conclude with a general description of the new U.S. EPA arsenic technology demonstration program.
