Development and Application of Unmanned Aerial Emission Sampling

Citation:

Gullett, B. Development and Application of Unmanned Aerial Emission Sampling. Environmental Measurement Symposium, New Orleans,LA, August 06 - 10, 2018.

Impact/Purpose:

This presentation discusses methods to meet the challenge of sampling open area, disperse emissions. Two aerial methods and their sampling instruments are discussed. Development of these methods can play an important role in emission monitoring, source strength determination, and air quality maintenance. This work would be of significant interest to federal and state agencies interested in understanding open area sources of emissions.

Description:

This presentation describes development, application, and demonstration of two aerial methods for sampling dispersed, open area source emissions.
