Description:

This project will assist wastewater utilities with the condition assessment of their deteriorating wastewater collections systems, and will support the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Program Offices with addressing proposed capacity, management, operation and maintenance requirements to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permits for the reduction of sanitary sewer flow (SSO) pollution.
