Impact/Purpose:
Under this project, an electrochemically-generated hypochlorous acid solution from a modified commercially-available EcaFlo® system was evaluated with regard to its ability to decontaminate six materials inoculated with approximately 1 x 108 total colony forming units (CFU) of Bacillus anthracis (Ames) and Bacillus subtilis spores (ATCC 19659).
