Description:
Background: Recent epidemiologic and in vivo studies have suggested that inhaled endotoxin plays an important role in asthma pathogenesis.
Objective: The present study examines the effect of nasal allergen provocation on subsequent endotoxin challenges in subjects with atopic asthma.
