Impact/Purpose:
A more complete understanding of the environmental impacts of biofuels during production, logistics, and distribution is essential if biofuels are to be produced, transported and used in the coming decades. In recognition of this reality, the interagency EHS Workgroup is taking an integrerated approach to understanding the impacts of biofuels on coastal ecosystems and services.
