Impact/Purpose:
In this report, we evaluate the ability of the Rosetta error model to detect the presence and differential expression of transcripts in a wholly-defined control dataset. Initial results show that the Rosetta error model identifies 56% of the true positives at a false discovery rate of 0.05.
