Impact/Purpose:
States are trying to understand contemporary PFAS emissions and use. Using high resolution mass spectrometry novel PFAS have been identified. The abstract highlights the PFAS on-going work in identifying and providing data on novel PFAS in select matrices. This knowledge assists states in their decision making related to PFAS.

This submission is a slide presentation that has already been formerly cleared and presented at the National ACS spring meeting in Boston, MA 2018 (ORD-025841) and the Ground Water Professionals of North Carolina annual meeting in November 2018 (ORD-029090). Changes have been made to update the title slide for the venue.
