This EPA report is intended to support BASINS users, watershed managers, and other stakeholders interested in the application of watershed models to assess the potential implications of climate change on water and watershed systems.
This EPA report will illustrate the application of different climate assessment capabilities within EPA’s BASINS modeling system for assessing a range of potential questions about the effects of climate change on streamflow and water quality in different watershed settings and using different watershed models within the BASINS system.
