Impact/Purpose:
This is a presentation to announce that two of the EPA National Center for Computational Toxicology legacy dashboards on the CompTox Portal, EDSP21 and ToxCast, are to be retired in August 2019.
Description:
Legacy EDSP21 and ToxCast dashboards were not updated with new data and will be retired from service by end of August 2019. This presentation provides an overview of bioactivity data in the dashboard. The remaining items on the CompTox Portal will be the CompTox Chemicals Dashboard, Aggregated Publicly Available Chemical Data (ACToR), RapidTox, and other downloadable data.
