Description:
The CompTox Chemistry Dashboard has been available online for three years and has become the primary web application to source data from the US EPA National Center for Computational Toxicology. In vitro high-throughput screening data, in vivo hazard data, exposure data in terms of the presence of chemicals in products and predicted exposures from the EXPOCAST project, are all made available in a single integrated interface. Searching for single chemicals or thousands of thousands of substances integrated to rich data streams has made the dashboard a valuable resource for toxicologists. This presentation will provide an overview of the application in terms of the different types of data available, the flexible search capabilities (including structure and substructure searching) and access to real time predictions.
