Impact/Purpose:

Meeting purpose: Provide MN DOH an overview of EPA’s ExpoCast and related research http://epawebconferencing.acms.com/mndepthealth/ 866-299-3188 and code 9195411522 Agenda • Introductions • Overview of Rapid, Exposure and Dose Research Project (Kathie) o Chemical Product Category Database (Kathie) o SHEDS-HT (Kristen) o High-throughput toxicokinetics and SEEM model (John W) o Non-targeted analysis (Jon S)topics that will be covered and how they all fit together • Discussion and questions Background Minnesota Department of Health has expressed interest in learning more about EPA’s computational toxicology and exposure research, data and online tools to possibly use in their chemical risk assessments. We have had a couple of meetings with MN DOH staff to get a better understanding of their interest, their risk assessment process and to identify next steps for providing overviews of our research, data and online tools. During these meetings, it was agreed that we would do a series of webinars to provide them overviews of research areas. The topics include the CompTox Chemistry Dashboard, “ExpoCast products” (includes rapid, exposure and dose effort-high-throughput exposure estimates, SHEDS-HT, non-targeted screening, consumer product categories, HTTK package) and ToxCast. Back in September, we provided an overview of the CompTox Chemistry Dashboard.
