Presented at Research Triangle Park Drug Metabolism Discussion Group, North Carolina Biotechnology Center, Research Triangle Park, NC, March 01, 2007.
Impact/Purpose:
The capability of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models to incorporate ageappropriate physiological and chemical-specific parameters was utilized in this study to predict changes in internal dosimetry for six volatile organic compounds (VOCs) across different ages of the rat.
