Description:

Presentation on the EPA's Small Communities - Big Challenges Competition and how it leveraged the Federal Challenge and Prize Competition Program to support ORD's understanding of rural environmental public health issues and engagement strategies for collaborating with local governments and rural communities. This presentation will be delivered at the National Environmental Health Association's 2024 Annual Educational Conference (July 17) as part of a larger ORD-led session on "Addressing Local Environmental Health Needs through Collaborative Research Partnerships".
