The information presented will allow RPMs to acquire technical assistance from the appropriate technical support center. The tech support should increase the cost effectiveness and decrease the time required for the site activities.
Description:
The presentation will be given to the Region 7 RAPTR training session on ORD Technical Support and Case Study Examples on Wednesday, 31 January 2024. The presentation will describe the resources available from the five ORD Technical Support Centers. The capabilities of each center will be described and the primary contact information will be provided. The technical support request process will be described in detail, including the role of each regional Superfund and Technology Liaison, who is responsible for coordinating with TSCs and initiating technical support.
