Impact/Purpose:
This was an invited presentation by the leads of the Scope 3 Community of Practice (S3COP) to provide a background on the Supply Chain Factors and discuss the plan for the factors to be used in federal reporting under GSA's EO 14057-mandated process for calculating and reporting emissions for all "principal agencies," and voluntary, supporting or internal activities by other agencies.

A presentation to members of the Federal Scope 3 Community of Practice to provide a background on the Supply Chain GHG Emissions Factors first released by USEPA in 2020. Plans to update the factors for use in Federal Reporting are also described.
