Presentation to attendees of the Operational Testing and Evaluation of Chemical Remediation Activities (OTECRA) visitor day describing the connection between the bench scale research and this full-scale test. The purpose of this field test is to test and evaluate EPA remediation response capabilities following an incident with a highly toxic and persistent chemical in an indoor facility.
