Air & Waste Management Association¿s Air Quality Measurement Methods and Technology Conference, Durham, NC, November 14 - 16, 2023.

Impact/Purpose:

This is an abstract submission to the Air Waste Management Association  Air Quality Measurement Methods and Technology Conference in Durham, NC on Nov. 14-16, 2023. This work describes preliminary results from ORD's ethylene oxide (EtO) Field Ambient Method Evaluation (FAME) study. This product will detail the field performance evaluation and discuss data quality for multiple EtO measurement methods compared during the study. Measurements were collected from both real-time optilcal based EtO analyzers and time-integrated EPA Method TO-15A canister samples for EtO analysis. General best practices and procedures for operation of these approaches for field operation will be discussed.

Description:

This subproduct is a conference presentation to be presented at a suitable scientific conference that summarizes preliminary results from a field evaluation of current EtO measurement methods for near source EtO monitoring. (More details will be added after subproduct is generated.)
