Impact/Purpose:
This research is part of a project "Economic evaluation of contaminated site and brownfields remediation/cleanup using non-market and market valuation methods" under SHC 9.3.4. This presentation reviews published litrature on the imapct of Brwonfields and Superfund sites on nearby property values, and systematically analyses the property value imapcts using a meta-analysis methodology.
