Impact/Purpose:

This data sheet provides a brief summary of select canister measurements collected during the NEIC/ORD/Region 6 GMAP testing that was in conducted in Louisiana in April 2022. NEIC has requested to use ORD canister analysis results from two quality control samples that NEIC/ORD collected during the mobile monitoring effort. The ethylene oxide (EtO) canister measurements in this dataset are intended to be published as supporting quality control data in NEIC's GMAP R6 Ethylene Oxide Report. The grab canister samples collected during this project were analyzed by ORD/CEMM/AMCD/SFSB VOC laboratory following EPA Method TO-15A. This data will be used by NEIC to provide additional quality assurance on the EtO measurements collected during the GMAP testing.

Description:

These data summarizes canister results from EPA Method TO-15A analysis generated by ORD/CEMM/AMCD/SFSB as part of a R6/NEIC/ORD two week duration mobile monitoring effort conducted in Louisiana in the spring of 2022. The ethylene oxide (EtO) measurements from these samples will be used to compare with NEIC canister data from duplicate measurements and real time cavity-ringdown spectroscopy EtO measurements collected during the field effort. The full dataset (of which this summary is a represents a fraction) will be summarized in a future scientific journal publication by ORD.
