ToxCast Invitrodb Version 3.4 Release

Impact/Purpose:
This new release of the ToxCast database, invitrodb version 3.4, was originally frozen in December 2020 and reflects an update from the 2020 release of invitrodb version 3.3. Invitrodb version 3.4 is the backend data source for bioactivity in the new CompTox Chemicals Dashboard, to be released imminently.
Description:
As with other releases of invitrodb, the links to the full database (.sql), summary files including assay annotation information as well as level 5 and 6 summary data from curve-fitting, will be posted here (https://www.epa.gov/chemical-research/exploring-toxcast-data-downloadable-data) and linked and DOIed through FigShare. Currently, invitrodb version 3.4 is only available on Clowder for “soft” (not yet announced, as we anticipate CCD release) release here: https://clowder.edap-cluster.com/spaces/6148a37de4b0b85abf323963
