Impact/Purpose:
Presentation to the Joint Research Centre (JRC) & US EPA/ORD/CCTE Mini Endocrine Summit December 2021. The purpose of this presentation is to brief scientists at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre of ongoing work related to high-throughput assay development for endocrine-related targets and the retrofitting of assay to include xenobiotic metabolism.
Description:
A short (15 minute) presentation to introduce the design and development of new high-throughput assays to measure activation of estrogen and androgen receptors and a protocol to retrofit these new assay to include xenobiotic metabolism.
