Olker, J., C. Elonen, D. Hoff, AND J. Berninger. FY21: ECOTOX Knowledgebase updates, including new chemical data and software functionality. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, DC, 2022.
Impact/Purpose:
The ECOTOXicology Knowledgebase (ECOTOX, www.epa.gov/ecotox) is the world’s largest compilation of ecotoxicity data and has provided support for chemical assessments and research for over 30 years through systematic and transparent procedures to identify and curate ecological toxicity data. Periodic updates of the content in ECOTOX are required in order to support the needs of Program office partners and other stakeholders. In addition, the user interface for accessing the data needs to be maintained and new capabilities added to improve the accessibility and query options for users to quickly identify relevant toxicity test results in ECOTOX. Described here are the updated data and new features added in FY21.
Description:
This product will be comprised of updates each quarter in FY21 to the public-facing ECOTOX Knowledgebase website (data uploaded and changes to software/user interface).
