Impact/Purpose:
High-Throughput Assays Used to Screen Chemicals for Bioactivity Incorporating a High-Throughput Toxicokinetic Approach
Description:
Presentation at the Environmental Endocrine Disruptors Gordon Conference in Newry, ME June 22, 2016 to give an overview of the use of high throughput screening and high throughput toxicokinetics to build models for endocrine disruption by environmental chemicals for estrogen receptor and progress on thyroid receptor. Improvements, both completed and planned, for the methods are discussed.
