Impact/Purpose:

This user manual is an update the current user manual avaialble online for public download.  This update greatly improves user access to the EPA H2O model and increases the utility of the model for decision support.

This report is the current user manual for the EPA H2O model which is an ecosystem services assessment model designed to support community decision making. The manual informs potential users how to populate and execute the model for their local region of interest.
