The Agency is seeking advice and recommendation from the FIFRA SAP on scientific issues associated with the evaluation and utility of SEAsonalWAVEQ with EXtended capabilities model (SEAWAVE-QEX), long-term sampling bias factors, watershed regressions, and optimization of short-term sampling bias factors.
