The EPA Air Pollution Control Cost Manual provides technical guidance for the estimation of control costs for air pollution control devices to rulemakers and analysts within EPA, State and local officials, and those in industry who are looking to comply with EPA regulations or completing air pollution permits. This technical guidance is also of use for the public who are involved or interested in the subject of air pollution control device costs.
