Peer Review for EPA’s Proposed Approaches to Inform the Derivation of a Maximum Contaminant Level Goal for Perchlorate in Drinking Water
Description:
The purpose of this review is to seek guidance from expert peer review on the scientific assessment that links the revised perchlorate BBDR model predictions to neurodevelopmental effects in children to inform decision-making for perchlorate under the Safe Drinking Water Act. The outcome of this peer review is not the derivation of an MCLG; rather, it is to solicit expert comment on the proposed approaches that might be used to inform future decisions on the derivation of an MCLG.
