Other Permitting Information:


The applicant requests an increase in emissions associated with facilities needed to support the KC-46A program. The applicant discovered discrepancies in the stripper materials initially proposed in Permit No. 2009-394-C (M-2) PSD. As a result the applicant is requesting a re-opening of the prior permit and relaxation of the existing VOC emission limits from the previous PSD permit.
