"An analytical procedure, described by J. Flanjak (J. Sci. Food Agric. 1982, 33, 579-583) was examined for its suitability for the speciation of arsenic (organic vs. inorganic) in a wide variety of food samples. Although good analytical recoveries were obtained for many samples, results proved to be erratic for several others. It is believed that this procedure may be able to be modified so consistant results can be obtained from any sample type." |
