Standards of performance are being promulgated under Section 111 of the Clean Air Act to control particulate matter emissions from new, Modified, and reconstructed glass manufacturing plants. This document contains a detailed summary of the public comments on the proposed standards (44 FR 34840), responses to these comments and a summary of the changes to the proposed standards. |
