Abstract |
Previous reports point out that water pollution from animal wastes is a very significant and growing problem. This report admits to a lack of data, however, the objective is to provide a comprehensive view of the problem, to setup a framework that can be used for future study, and to discuss the known facts and point out areas with potential for fruitful future study. The report concludes that water pollution as a result of improper or inadequate disposal of animal wastes can be a major but manageable problem. |
