||The Well Activities Tracking Evaluation and Reporting System (WATERS) is a user-friendly PC-based system designed by EPA's Underground Injection Control Branch. EPA developed WATERS to assist state and regional offices in operating and managing their UIC programs. Primary users include primacy States and Regional Direct Implementation (DI) Programs. The system tracks the following types of well-specific data: Permits; Inventory; Inspections; Mechanical Integrity Tests; Enforcement Actions and Compliance Status; Operational Characteristics.
||System consists of one program diskette and a GIS data diskette for each of the ten EPA regions.
||The software is on eleven 3 1/2 inch DOS diskettes, 1.44M high density. Documentation included; may be ordered separately as PB94-161122.
