Notes |
"November 1982." "An evaluation of thirty (30) municipal wastewater treatment facilities (referred to as Phase I) was conducted by McNamee, Porter and Seeley (MP&S) on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA. The evaluations identified operational improvements which could enhance performance and/or provide cost savings. Evaluation reports were prepared by MP&S and reviewed by the U.S. EPA, which then selected ten (10) plants at which the recommendations were to be implemented. This executive summary briefly describes the results of the Phase II program conducted by MP&S at the ten selected plants"--Introduction. Publicly owned treatment works evaluation report |
