Abstract |
The Odessa Chromium II site consists of a series of chromium contaminated wells. Nearly every residence or commercial facility is served by one or more water wells completed in the Trinity aquifer which offers the only source of potable groundwater. The primary contaminant of concern is chromium. The selected remedial action includes: extension of municipal water service to the affected area of the site. This involves negotiations with the city and local residents. |
