Abstract |
This memorandum describes the methodology and conclusions of the maximum achievable control technology (MACT) floor analysis for the Coating and Printing subcategory of the Printing, Coating, and Dyeing of Fabrics and other Textiles NESHAP. The analysis is based on overall control efficiency (OCE) data from coating lines at 22 major or synthetic minor fabric coating facilities that were obtained from survey data. The MACT floor for existing sources was determined to be a 97 percent facility-wide coating line application and curing OCE for hazardous air pollutants (HAP), which is achievable with add-on control technology. |
