v. 1. Report -- v. 2. Appendix. The purpose of this project is to provide data in support of the Oil Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) program in Region IX. An aerial photographic reconnaissance of bulk oil storage and distribution facilities in the mid San Francisco Bay area was conducted at the request of the Surveillance and Analysis Division, Region IX. This is the second of 3 reports which cover the refining, distribution and storage facilities of the San Francisco Bay area. Three chemical production facilities and four small unidentified storage sites were included in this reconnaissance. Color aerial photography of the bayshore areas in Oakland, Alameda, and the San Francisco peninsula was acquired on October 21, 1976. |
