Abstract |
The objectives of this work assignment are to: investigate whether specific storm frequency and intensity guidance can be used or related to inflow conditions in a sewer system; develop a nonexcessive inflow rate based on the storm frequency developed; and evaluate current EPA nonexcessive inflow rate of less than '2.5 times the average design flow during a rain storm' (May 12, 1982 regulations). |
